POP.NONSTOP.ACADEMY

Sunday 10th of August to Saturday 16th of August 2025

Dear musician,
Do you sing, write songs, and/or play an instrument and feel that you’ve reached a point where you’re seeking new input and tips to further improve your skills on your instrument or in songwriting?

Then the POP.NONSTOP.ACADEMY is exactly the right place for you. This unique format, offered nowhere else in Austria, gives you behind-the-scenes insights that are rarely accessible. You’ll be coached by international professionals who, thanks to their vast experience, know exactly how to help you grow on your instrument and understand what matters most in the music business. You’ll gain valuable insights into the professional world of music-making and acquire a wealth of know-how for your own musical journey.

During this ACADEMY WEEK, we aim to meet you exactly where you are in your musical development. That’s why we emphasize maximum openness to different styles. Whether Pop, Rock, Blues, RnB, Gospel, or Groove-Jazz—every area of pop music is covered. The style you focus on is entirely up to you, based on what interests and resonates with you personally. In addition to comprehensive songwriting courses, our flexible modular system offers morning group and individual coaching sessions for vocals, guitar, bass, drums, percussion, keyboards, saxophone, trumpet, and trombone. For a full week, you’ll receive intensive one-on-one, group, and ensemble coaching, packed with tips and creative ideas to carry forward into the rest of your year. While some experience in improvisation is welcome, it’s not a requirement.Afternoons are dedicated to ensemble playing. The wide range of options ensures you’ll find the right fit for your needs. Do you have your own band and want coaching for the entire group? No problem, that’s possible too.Our goal at the POP.NONSTOP.ACADEMY is to support you on your musical journey. Together, we’ll spend an inspiring week making music, exchanging creative ideas, and learning from one another—all set in the stunning landscape of Lake Ossiach.

Additionally, during this week, a unique POP.NONSTOP.SONG 2025 in the style of ‘We Are The World’ will be composed and produced together with the coaches. All course participants will have the opportunity to contribute and be part of it. There will also be various side activities such as morning yoga, Kort-X training, and panels with interesting guests from the music industry.
