BRASS FESTIVAL: CARINTHIAN WIND PHILHARMONIC

As part of the Carinthian Brass Autumn festival, an additional concert will be presented featuring the Carinthian Wind Philharmonic. This exceptional orchestra is a project of the Carinthian Brass Music Association and brings together the finest musicians from across the region to form a powerful symphonic wind ensemble.

The Carinthian Wind Philharmonic stands for the highest artistic standards, impressive tonal colours, and a demanding, sophisticated repertoire. Among the ensemble’s musical highlights are its participation and national first prize at the top-level competition in Grafenegg in 2023, as well as a highly acclaimed concert as part of the Innsbruck Promenade Concerts in 2024. Under the direction of conductor Daniel Weinberger, this elite group of musicians presents the full richness and diversity of symphonic wind music at the highest level.
